Vintage Egg Nog – Death & Co
Inside the Ramble Hotel located in RiNo is the award-winning Death & Co cocktail bar. For each season, the bar updates its menu accordingly. In our humble opinion, the winter menu is the best one of the four. Their rich and comforting, boozy eggnog is sure to get you in the holiday spirit! This cocktail is made with Old Grandad 114 Bourbon, Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cognac, Smith & Cross Rum, H&H Rainwater Madeira, cream and a whole egg. The richness of the cream in combination with the warm intensity of the cognac is what makes this drink so special. This is one of our personal favorites!

Uncle Fox’s Hot Cider – Hudson Hill
An inviting classic for the cider lover; this crowd favorite made with bourbon, honey, apple, cinnamon and clove feels like a warm hug. The bourbon is smooth, the apple is so crisp and the spices add just the right amount of holiday flavor. This cocktail is perfect for after a long cold day or after hitting the slopes; sure to make your spirits bright!

Blood Orange Spritz – Lady Jane
Lady Jane is home to some seriously good mocktails. If you’re looking for something light amidst all of the celebrations, this is a must-have you’ll want to get your hands on. The Blood Orange Spritz is the perfect combination of sweet and tart, made with blood orange, ginger, pomegranate, nori, lime and soda.

Hot Chocolate – Deviation Distilling
Deviation Distilling welcomes a boozy hot chocolate to its menu for the season. Who doesn’t love a good hot chocolate during these cold Colorado months? Made with Barista Whiskey, dark chocolate, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and topped with vanilla whipped cream, this cocktail is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Chai Latte – Blue Sparrow Coffee
This bright yet cozy spot is home to one delicious nutmeg chai latte. This classic drink may seem ordinary but no other chai in the city can compare. The complexity of flavors is truly unmatched. It’s spicy but sweet, and the hint of nutmeg ties the whole thing together. If you want a bit more of a kick, order it extra spicy; you definitely won’t regret it. It’s truly a holiday in a cup!
