The new website features her famous list of restaurants plus access to active listings. “Where is THE CHERRY” is Pat’s trademarked social media campaign that follows a 3 foot tall cherry around Cherry Creek.
She has served on the Board of Directors for Hilltop and University Park. In 2000 she started the University Park Home Tour. Her expertise extends from Cherry Creek to Cherry Hills.
She is adamant about real estate as the vehicle for funding a college education. Ask her about Wall College Fund LLC.
Her years have taught her there is a better way to prepare her clients. She strives to make her sellers the best in the market with programs like Target Date Marketing and the Good Home Guarantee. According to Kentwood Managing Broker, Brandon Brennick: “Pat does the details so well. Her uncanny ability to price property and keen sense of telling a home’s story have made her and her clients very successful!”
Pat’s Mother was a real estate broker and helped Pat purchase her first home at 20. Pat’s son, Peter is a lobbyist and represents Denver Metro Association of Realtors. Peter received an award presented by Mayor Hancock in 2017 for his service as Governmental Affairs Director for DMAR.
