Libby’s knowledge of Denver, not to mention her insight into Denver’s most desired neighborhoods, helps her clients immeasurably. Whether guiding first-time buyers, listing homes for sellers, coordinating the concurrent sale and purchase of properties, or overseeing new construction, Libby is known for her ability to facilitate smooth and lucrative transactions for her clients.

In 2006, Libby became one of Kentwood’s youngest independent agents. She knew from day one Kentwood was the right fit for her to collaborate alongside the best top-producing agents within a brokerage known for their professionalism, ethics and culture of collaboration. Since then, Libby has been recognized by the Denver Metro Association of Realtors (DMAR) for nine consecutive years of excellence, selling more than $100 million in residential real estate. She has been featured in magazines such as 5280 and Top Producer,  various newspapers, and on HGTV. She has earned the highest credentials in residential real estate sales: Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate Realtor Institute and Certified International Property Specialist. A key player on DMAR’s nationally-influential Market Trends Committee, she has her finger on the Denver real estate market. Libby has also served as DMAR’s National Association of Realtors Director and on DMAR’s board of directors.

In addition to cultivating lasting relationships with her clients and working tirelessly to earn her 100% referral base, digital marketing is a key communications strategy for Libby.  Her blog, Lifestyle Denver, and her social media channels continue to expand, increasing her profile, knowledge and ties to the community, both professionally and personally. In 2021 Libby teamed with Elizabeth Sacerdoti to create Vesta Homes, with the shared vision of offering clients a level of service, experience and market knowledge rarely seen in the real estate industry.

In Libby’s free time she loves relaxing on getaways to new cities as well as old favorites, studying new design trends, catching up with friends and taking long walks with her pups.
