Kiki’s gregarious nature and impeccable work ethic provide her clients with the utmost care and professionalism. A native Coloradan, Kiki attended Cherry Hills Village Elementary, Kent Denver School, Cherry Creek High School, and the University of Denver. Kiki’s roots run deep in Denver and so does her love for Colorado.
Her career in commercial real estate has given Kiki a unique view in valuing and selling properties, but her heart for family and community drives her passion to help her clients in every aspect of the home buying transaction. Kiki is eager to assist buyers and sellers, whether you’re moving from down the street or across the country. Her enthusiasm for Colorado is contagious!
Kiki played Division I lacrosse at DU and was selected as senior captain of her team in 2015. She still currently holds 6 all-time records for the University of Denver Women’s Lacrosse team, and her passion for lacrosse has now shifted to coaching. Kiki graduated from DU in 2015 with a degree in Integrated Sciences, with a concentration in Biology and Chemistry. After graduation, Kiki worked for a local developer, Shea Properties, and fell in love with real estate.
Kiki went on to earn her Master’s Degree from Daniels School of Business (DU) in Real Estate and the Built Environment. For the past 5 years, Kiki has worked in commercial real estate and multifamily acquisitions. She started as a Research and Financial Analyst for JLL in Seattle, WA, then became a Financial Analyst for Capital Pacific in Portland, OR, and continues to consult as an Acquisition Analyst for Lexington Asset Management in Seattle, WA.
She pivoted her commercial real estate career to pursue a career in residential real estate when she and her husband returned to Colorado after completing his 5-year post-graduate commitment to the Army following West Point. Kiki and her husband, Rhett, have lived in 3 different states in 5 years while Rhett served as a Captain in the United States Army (Joint Base Lewis-McCord, WA, Fort Lee, VA, Fort Bragg, NC, Camp Buehring, Kuwait). Kiki and her husband met in middle school and have always called Denver home. In 2019, Kiki proudly became a mom to her son Boone.
