When buyers and sellers ask a Realtor how long he or she has been “doing this,” what they're really asking is if you’re any good at it. I think I’m good at it.
Over the past 15 years of being a Realtor in Denver, I have earned the trust and respect of my satisfied clients to the point where nearly all of my business comes from referrals and repeat business from those happy clients.
My goal is to make the real estate experience enjoyable, successful and – in those cases – profitable for my clients. I focus on getting the best possible pricing for my clients, whether selling or buying, and educating them fully about the real estate process. This requires me to excel in several areas: knowing the real estate market (that's 101, but you can't assume); knowing the legalese of real estate; communicating with my clients; smoothing out speed bumps; helping them avoid the traps, and not the least of these, negotiating my tail off on their behalf.
This market is exciting and challenging, and, at times, quite confusing. Some companies emphasize saving your time, but at the sacrifice of your bottom line. Others claim to save you money but at the expense of value and service that could cost you actual money in the long run. I only succeed when my clients do, so my loyalties begin and end with you.
Many of my clients have raved about me online: you can find their words on Google and my Facebook business page. The best testimonials that I do receive come when I meet a new client who was referred to me by a past client. That makes me almost as happy as my dog gets when I get home from work.
Buying and selling real estate is more than a transaction; it’s an experience that provides enjoyment for years. If you’re looking for a fulfilling real estate user experience, you’ll enjoy working with me.
