The thing Jonathan loves most about being a real estate agent is “the pursuit of finding exactly the right house for a family. No two families are alike, so my job is constantly changing, keeping me on my toes. I’m looking for their home, not just a house.”
Jonathan knows a thing or two about being nimble and responsive. He isn’t like most agents. Before switching to real estate, he spent nine years in law enforcement as a first responder with the City and County of Broomfield where he was a patrol officer, fraud detective and SWAT operator. Kentwood even reminded him of his time with SWAT. “I have never experienced a group of people more committed to integrity, family and teamwork. You are held accountable for your actions and are expected to put in the effort to ensure the success of your team.”
Local as local gets, Jonathan was born and raised in the greater Denver Metro area, grew up in Broomfield, graduated from CU Boulder and has lived in Erie with his family ever since. Detail-oriented, a persistent investigator, and razor-focused on setting deadlines and meeting milestones, Jonathan also has training in mediation which can come in handy virtually any day with this job. Picking up a little wisdom along the way helps too. “It’s essential to understand what a client deep down is looking for and that means establishing trust. I’ll still be there for them even if circumstances change. The key for me, like a lot of us, is not overstressing about reaching a destination at the risk of missing the experience or relationships.”
Jonathan looks to his wife Chelsea for inspiration. “She is generous, dedicated, efficient and handles stress with remarkable grace.” No surprise, he still dotes on her. Their first date was senior prom. A blind date no less! The Pierottis have a son, daughter and black lab named Sergeant. Jonathan enjoys travel, hiking, golf, skiing, hunting, fishing, four-wheeling and homebrewing beer. Never one to just dabble at something, Jonathan even returned to school to earn his certificate in craft brewing. Weekends are filled with the Buffs and Broncos, barbeques and lawn games.
