Luisa began her real estate career in 1985 in Denver, Colorado.  In marketing fine properties, Luisa is consistently a top producer.   Currently she specializes in Cherry Hills Village, Greenwood Village, Denver Country Club, Polo Grounds, Hilltop, Cherry Creek and Lower Downtown (“LoDo”)  loft and condominium market.

Born and raised in Denver, Luisa received her undergraduate degree from Regis College in Denver in 1975 and her Masters degree from the University of Colorado in 1980.

Luisa is a member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, The Colorado Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.  She has been a member of the Million Dollar Roundtable consistently.  Actively involved in the community, and serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for Regis University in Denver.

 In 1988 Luisa became a principal of The Devonshire Company and held the position as Managing Partner for the company from 1989 to 1994.  With the sale of the company in 1998 to Coldwell Banker, Luisa chose to leave management/ownership and continued her career as a residential real estate broker.  In 2007 Luisa joined Kentwood Real Estate in the Denver Tech Center, now as the Managing Broker she brings superior real estate knowledge, marketing skills and a vast knowledge of the Metro Denver real estate market including particular expertise marketing luxury homes.

A long time Denver resident.  Luisa currently resides in Denver with her husband and two sons.
